I’ve been living in far north Queensland for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it (but who wouldn't) !
My previous 30 years were spent living and breathing hospitality in Sydney’s East with 13 of those years in the creation of my own restaurants.
The most recent still thriving as a local institution.
